Manufacturing Unit

"Every employee is unique, with their own needs and aspirations. My role is to bridge the gap by delivering clear, accurate, and consistent communication that resonates on an individual level."

Meredith Miller

Director of Human Resources

Meredith Miller, SHRM-SCP, serves as Dualite's Director of Human Resources, the person behind the people-focused work that keeps the company running well from the inside out. Her role spans talent acquisition, employee development, benefits, compliance, communication, and workplace culture across a company that employs a wide mix of professionals, from manufacturing and project management teams to sales, service, administration, and leadership.

In 2025, Meredith was named to the ISA Elite Class of 2025, a national recognition honoring young professionals who are helping shape the future of the sign and visual communications industry. Her selection was particularly meaningful because it shone a light on the role HR plays in a manufacturing environment where success depends on people across many different departments working together effectively. Her SHRM-SCP certification, a senior-level credential from the Society for Human Resource Management, further reflects the professional depth she brings to that work.

Meredith has also been recognized as a finalist for the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year Women's Business Awards, a nod to the impact she has had both inside Dualite and in the broader professional community.

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and dogs. Family time often involves the outdoors, beaches, kayaking, and the kind of active adventures that keep life full and grounded.

The People Behind the Signs

Building a workplace where every employee, from the manufacturing floor to the executive suite, feels equally valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

Dualite's workforce spans a wide range of roles and backgrounds. Manufacturing technicians, project managers, sales executives, designers, and administrative staff all contribute to what the company delivers, and each group has its own culture, needs, and professional rhythms.

Meredith's job is to make sure the HR function serves all of them equally well. That means listening carefully, communicating clearly, and building programs and policies that reflect the full reality of Dualite's team rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Meredith's approach to HR is rooted in empathy, integrity, and strategic clarity. She sees her role not as an administrative function, but as a bridge between employee needs and company goals, between individual aspirations and organizational direction, between compliance requirements and a genuinely supportive workplace culture.

At Dualite, that means helping shape an environment centered on respect, growth, innovation, and inclusion. It means being present for employees during difficult moments and celebrating the milestones, like Dualite's 75th Anniversary, which Meredith helped host and organize as a celebration for the company, its employees, and their families.

Recognition, Impact, and a Commitment to People

From ISA Elite 2025 to chamber-level recognition, Meredith's career reflects both the breadth of her HR expertise and the depth of her commitment to building great workplace culture.

Meredith's work during the COVID-19 years stands as one of her most meaningful professional accomplishments. Navigating health and safety protocols, maintaining transparency during difficult decisions, and balancing employee wellbeing with operational demands required everything her background had prepared her for, and then some.

Her ability to stay grounded, communicate clearly, and support the team through uncertainty reflects the kind of HR leadership that only shows up when it is truly needed. That experience has shaped how she approaches every challenge that comes after it.

In 2025, Meredith was named to the ISA Elite Class of 2025, one of 35 young professionals nationally recognized by the International Sign Association for their contributions to the industry. Her selection highlighted something important: that the sign industry's future is built not just by designers, fabricators, and sales professionals, but by the HR leaders who attract, develop, and retain the talent that makes it all work.

Beyond that recognition, Meredith has also represented Dualite at industry and community events, including workforce readiness and career events where she and colleagues connect with students exploring opportunities in manufacturing, signage, and related fields. She attended the American Sign Museum's 25th Anniversary celebration on Dualite's behalf, a proud moment that captured her genuine connection to the industry she serves.
