We offer one first-shift: it is four, 10-hour days (6:00am to 4:30pm) on Monday- Thursday. There is occasional Friday over-time. Overtime is paid at 1.5x rate and will never be after 4:30pm or on a Saturday or Sunday.

Affordable benefits and 80 hours of paid holidays. Twice yearly money bonuses awarded (December and July) to all employees.

Paychecks are deposited every Friday.

Required Qualification

Understanding and knowledge of; preparation of the surface, spray gun operations & related equipment, paint mixing, matching & applying, solve paint problems during the application process, understanding of finish defects, cause, and cures, as well as safety precautions.

Responsibilities

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

  • Performs all work in accordance with safety and workmanship and good housekeeping specifications
  • Frequent lifting and pushing of up to 50 lbs., repetitive motion
  • Ability to bend, kneel, work overhead with arms, and sit or stand for several hours at a time
  • Eye/hand coordination required, with steady and agile hands to operate equipment and tools
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as required per plant rules
