Dualite is a privately owned company that began in 1947 with four employees. Since that time we've grown to become one of the largest identification companies in the world. Now it's time to tap into and build up the next generation. We are in search of an enthusiastic and motivated sophomore, junior, or senior with a major in a field of study cohesive with Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

Required Qualification

A student studying manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.


This role for a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op, providing support to Manufacturing to improve process layout and efficiencies for Dualite's production process.
Report directly to the Manufacturing Operations Manager.
Review current production processes and define and implement improvements for productivity, quality, and/or safety.
Define and document standardized work instructions for areas of production that are not currently clearly defined.
Lead and inspire the newly formed "Process Improvement Team", comprised of our most innovative front-line operators.
Provide a fresh approach to Dualite's current ways of doing things. Bounce ideas off the production planning group and show us where we can improve.
This is a general list of responsibilities, and is not exhaustive. As needed, Co-ops may be required to perform additional tasks outside of their normal responsibilities.
