Dualite is a company based in Williamsburg, Ohio that has been building brand awareness through the manufacturing, distribution, and project management of signs for companies nationwide since 1947. We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals prepared to join our long-standing company in the manufacturing department as we grow to the next level. We are looking to immediately hire applicants who are willing to learn through on the job training and are excited to join the Dualite team!

There are full-time Entry Level Manufacturing Positions available in multiple departments, with room for advancement into higher positions as experience is gained.

Available Positions:
Material Handling
CNC Operator
Thermoforming Operator
Truck Driver (also includes forklift driving)
Machine Operator

Shift: Four 10-hour workdays, Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm, with any additional hours at the overtime rate of 1.5x regular hourly rate.

Pay: Starting at a minimum of $13 and up- based on skills and experience, with pay raises at 30 and 60 days of employment.

Benefits: Weekly paychecks, bonuses twice a calendar year, 8 paid holidays, dental insurance/vision insurance/health insurance, and a pension plan.

Union: The International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, And Transportation Local #24.

Location: Williamsburg, Ohio (non-remote)

Required Qualification

Skills and Abilities Required:
Basic math
Critical thinking
Attention to detail
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Ability to be actively standing/walking for extended periods of time
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
Willingness to adhere to all safety requirements

High School Diploma or higher (preferred)
Previous manufacturing experience or knowledge (preferred)
Experience in general assembly, machine operations, or related positions (preferred)
Any additional related or unrelated work experience, certifications, and skills will be taken into consideration
