Dualite Sales and Service is seeking a skilled Account Manager to serve (existing) client accounts. This Account Manager role is commonly known as a "Project Manager" in our industry. At Dualite, we title it as an "Account Manager" because the position handles other aspects beyond the project itself. But to be clear, this position serves existing client accounts and is not a sales position.

Ultimately, the Account Manager handles all of the "behind the scenes" details for ensuring that the customers' signage is installed on time and within budget including pricing.

At Dualite, our Account Managers work in teams of 3-4 fellow Account Managers to perform all tasks involved in the service of the company’s national signage programs.

Required Qualification

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and work with internal and external stakeholders
  • MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and Google Enterprise
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred solid experience with ERP or CRM software
  • Preferred work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
  • Preferred: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Preferred: construction management experience, including permitting and client communication

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for most customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and subcontractor relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Seek opportunities to add-on sales with existing clients
  • Maintain up-to-date information on account status using appropriate platforms such as internal filing requirements or ERP
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Price jobs and products as needed
